Woodruff School Faculty Awarded $2.6 Million NIH Research Project Grant

Congrats to Associate Professors Gregory Sawicki and Aaron Young, and others from the George W. Woodruff School of Mechanical Engineering, for being awarded a five-year, $2.6 million Research Project Grant (R01) from the National Institutes of Health (NIH).

The R01 will support a project focused on using optimization and artificial intelligence to personalize exoskeleton assistance for individuals with symptoms resulting from stroke.
