Max Anderton

M.S. Student, Mechanical Engineering, Georgia Institute of Technology (2020 – Present)
B.S. Mechanical Engineering, University of Florida (2020)

Max is an MS Mechanical Engineering thesis student focusing on design. With Dr. Sawicki as his thesis advisor, Max’s work at PoWeR lab focuses on the design, manufacturing, and testing of a 2 degree-of-freedom hip exoskeleton. He hopes his design will provide a platform for other researchers to analyze the effectiveness of sagittal and frontal plane stabilization on test subjects during prolonged use. During his free time, Max enjoys boxing, hiking, and playing board games.
