Kennedy is a PhD student in the GT/Emory joint biomedical engineering program, co-advised by Dr. Greg Sawicki and Dr. Lena Ting. She studies the neuromechanics of motor adaptation to new environments and wearable devices. Her long-term goal is to inform personalized neurorehabilitation by leveraging individual differences across the spectrum of motor skill and impairment.
Outside of the lab, Kennedy enjoys dancing, walking on the Beltline, and searching for the best ice cream in Atlanta.
